At the initiative of the Supreme Council of Abkhazia on January 9, 2013, for his contribution to the development of Georgian calligraphy, public activities and high social, diploma of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia was awarded a refugee from Abkhazia Leila Bagbaia.

Earlier, the chairman of the Supreme Council of Abkhazia Elguja Gvazava attended the conference on advocacy and cultural heritage, which presented the work of the above-mentioned author, who won the national contest Georgian calligraphy.

Leila Bagbaia is a member of the Friends of the National Center of manuscripts and the Union of Georgian artists Calligraphy.
