In this spring the Football Federation of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia established the monthly newspaper “Football Today”. There is already published three edition of the newspaper. On pages of newspaper are published interesting materials on the first cup of Abkhazia as well as the whole of Georgia, recognized masters of leather ball from past and present. There is the articles about the world and European football. The newspaper is becoming more interesting for the articles making by well-known soccer analyst David Klibadze and the editor David Tsabadze.

The newspaper is published with the support of the international charitable foundation named Levan Jordania and the oil company "Lukoil".

The Supreme Council of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia congratulates Football Federation of Abkhazia and its president Murad Anjaparidze, editors and editorial board of newspaper “Football Today” (Vladimir Barkaya, Merab Dgebuadze, Dimitry Chanturia) with the implementation of this interesting and useful project, and wishes success in the future.
