Batono Gia, you recently returned from Kazakhstan. Tell us about your visit to this country.

- The visit was planned ahead of time with the invitation of the Ambassador of Georgia to Kazakhstan David Mumladze. In the capital of Kazakhstan met with representatives of Georgian Diaspora, but it was not the first meeting. We have more than one year, to the extent possible, we communicate with our compatriots both in Georgia and beyond. At this time, immigrants were asked to support them in carrying out a good cause - to build a Georgian church in exile. In Astana, the chairman of the Georgian community is a refugee from Abkhazia Zviad Apkhazava. The Georgian Diaspora in Kazakhstan has about 3,200 people. It has found a temporary shelter about 1,000 citizens of Georgia. There was a meeting with businessmen of Georgian origin. Incidentally, Kazakhstan has very favorable from an economic point of view. They suggested that as much as possible more intensive use of the Caspian Sea to the strategic goals and of course, in order to transport corridor passing through Georgia. Ambassador of Kazakhstan David Mumladze favored the meeting with the Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of different countries namely, Israel, China, Turkmenistan, Estonia, Latvia, Armenia, as well as with representatives of several departments of Kazakhstan. Of course the main topics of discussion at meetings with them were Georgia, Abkhazia. As expected they have little knowledge about the bases of conflict in Abkhazia. One reason for this vacuum is the inaccessibility of the Georgian TV channels on the territory of Kazakhstan. According to the Georgian Ambassador present problem could be solved by organizing at least one broadcast, for example, the Russian-language channel "PIK". I should note that foreign ambassadors were very interested in our country. They know about the reforms undertaken in recent years in Georgia and expressed their desire to visit our country, which in such a short time was able to overcome the crisis. The interested activities of the Supreme Council of Abkhazia, the Latvian Ambassador remembered very interesting detail: it turns out, expelled leaders of Latvia since the Second World War until 1993 functioned in the U.S. for economic and political support of America. So, people with unfounded and unhealthy ambition is not superfluous to note that in the world there are those who are persecuted and legitimate government is temporarily lost, uncontrolled territories.

Batono Gia, if Kazakhstan is a friendly country to Russia, why the Russian businessman Prokhorov believes that the danger is threatening Russia through Kazakhstan in two cases: first, if the borders between Russia and Kazakhstan would come radical Islamists and the second, if Kazakhstan will be captured by China?

- You know this problem really exists. Wahhabism has penetrated there and it is seriously concerned over the Kazakhs. Indeed, Kazakhstan, anyway, as a civilized nation with a religious and a civil point of view. The country is bordered on two sides with huge empires, from the north - Russia and the south - China. In Chinese textbooks most of Kazakhstan's listed as a territory of China. Although China has not contested the issue, but on the ideological level, it still exists. That said, the grain is thrown ... Yes, and Russia also have their scores to China. So what in Kazakhstan there is also "Russian problem". In fact, the situation is complicated, but remember, a country ruled by a very intelligent and experienced diplomat, Nursultan Nazarbaev. Thanks to his wise policy could safely overcome the difficulties of post-communist period and to establish good relations with all.

Now, on a trip to Ukraine.

- In Ukraine the theme was the same as in Kazakhstan - Abkhazia. Do not assume that everything is running smoothly. Although Ukraine is not going to recognize the so-called Abkhazia's independence, but every case or problem-drawn-out process requires permanent review and discussion. Indeed, Russian propaganda there is plenty. We need to properly and timely inform them about the conflict in Abkhazia. Our visit with member of Anzor Tsotsonava coincided with a troubled period for the Ukraine, with the so-called "Linguocide Ukrainian language." It is not difficult to guess that this is also part of Kremlin policy. In view of prevailing political crisis, our work program has decreased, although there were many interesting and useful meetings. In particular, met with the Chairman of the Legal Department of the Parliament of Ukraine, as well as with the director and staff of the institute of state law, have planned interesting activities, including joint conference on restitution in Georgia, as well as international law. Storage had a meeting with refugees from Abkhazia and the number of them in Ukraine is about 7000. The refugees asked us to assist in addressing the issue of registration. The fact that they do not ask our state refugee benefits, they just need to have been ranked as the total number of refugees from Abkhazia, as well as all the others. We have discussed this problem in the Georgian Embassy in the Ukraine and considered several options for solving it. The best seems to advance the implementation of planned reforms in the embassy, ​​which provides for combining the functions of the house of Justice, in which the obligation to register and enter the citizens of Georgia, of course, including refugees. The main thing is that the program started and I think the problem will end positively.

Batono Gia what would you say about the fact that on behalf of the Federal Security Service in the river Enguri will have been additional crossing points, this fact that Russia is concentrating large amphibious ships closer to Georgia and that women, children and elderly people being evacuated from Tskhinvali to North Ossetia, does it cause alarm? Is there a danger of a repeat of 2008?

- The essence of the Kremlin policy just in that at all levels - ideologically, physically, politically and show the world that Abkhazia is south of Russia. It is not surprise that Moscow ahead of the elections in Georgia has demonstrated its strength. By the way, the psychological pressure is also one of the maneuvers of the ideological war. It is obvious that Putin will try to destabilize the situation in Georgia, but I do not think that after the Summit of Chicago, he dared to similar actions in 2008 in a country that is a candidate for NATO membership.

Abkhaz separatists intend to appeal to the so-called Society for Threatened Peoples, as the fear that Georgia is creating biological weapons...

- It's also funny as the absurd accusation A. Jergeniya that allegedly Georgia planned to bomb the Abkhazia with small atomic bombs. Can you imagine how is Georgia bombing with atomic bombs its territory together with the population? Has Jergenia ever pondered why had not bombed Gudauta and was bombed only territory before Gumista in Abkhazia, and this despite the fact that we had the Air Force, but the Abkhazian had not. There is no exist biological weapons in Georgia, someone should just make a monster of Georgia...

More surprising is not the fear of the Abkhazians and the arguments of the expert German Society for Threatened Peoples Dr. Kamal Sido, who, for the question, why Georgia to conduct biological research, answered: "If Georgia is to have such a biological weapon, it will be able to use it as a trump card"... yet, he warned of the dangers for the region in the presence of such weapons, because "the country will always use it, even to solve domestic problems"...
