Dear compatriots!

A lot of pain and suffering trials remembers Georgian land, but failure is always accompanied by the hope for the future and the desire to win, a sense of pride in the achievements.

For 20 years, we have banished from their native land. 20 years, we light candles and mourn the graves of their ancestors left behind, the innocent victims of genocide and ethnic cleansing of Georgians held separatists and their patrons in the territory of Abkhazia. But despite this, we firmly believe that what happened in 1992-1993, the tragedy will change joyful and happy day when the return to Abkhazia, the Georgian part of its indigenous population, will sow flowers the graves of our ancestors and fallen heroes. Unwavering hope for the future gives us the exiled population of Abkhazia, which is in serious socio-economic status, have faith, high social, patriotism, dignity, mental and spiritual balance. This sentiment is supported by uncontested memories of the military operation carried out on the outskirts of the city of Sukhumi 15th-18th of March 1993, which was included in the recent history of Georgia page brilliant victory of the Georgian military thinking, professionalism, sample the art of war, courage, men of the armed forces of Georgia, boundless dedication and patriotism, heroism inimitable. We salute the members of the military operation on 15th-18th of March 1993 do not hesitate to put their lives on the altar of Victory. Unparalleled courage of our soldiers had been highly appreciated by Russian generals, our enemy, and executed operation is recommended for inclusion in the military manuals. The military operation 20 years ago is a manifestation of the heroic and fighting spirit of our glorious ancestors. In the difficult moments of history, its unity and firmness, they surprised the enemy and achieve victory.

We salute and honor the memory of soldiers who died in 1992-1993 in the battles for the territorial integrity of the motherland, the missing and tortured in the torture of civilians.

Dear compatriots, we strongly believe that Georgia's territorial integrity will be restored. But to do that except for the performance of public will and the implementation of the requirements of international law, in need of consolidation of our society, the actualization of the Abkhazian problem, the solution of social and economic problems of refugees and the ascension of these issues at the state level, the coordination of legitimate government agencies of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, increase participation in these processes, their responsibility.

Let us stand together as young and old. Only hope, only care about the future and adequate response to the most difficult challenges will help pave the way for the return to their homes. Coping and unification of Georgia should be the task of all of us. Gather the same forces will awaken the spirit of the ancestors and honestly fulfill our duty to the country, to the memory of their ancestors, the future generations.
