The process of discussing the initiative to amend the constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia is actively continuing. The first meeting has already taken place in Sukhumi State University, which was attended by professors and students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Sukhumi.

The next was held in Kutaisi office of the NGO "Sukhumi", with the participation of the refugees living in Kutaisi and representatives of non-governmental organizations operating there. The above process is also in the Zugdidi office of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region. 30th of April meeting was held in Batumi in the office of NGO "Center of democratic participation".
