10th of May in the Supreme Council of Abkhazia was a meeting of the Commission for the settlement of the conflict in Abkhazia, Diaspora Affairs, Education and Culture, in which the chairman of the commission Jemal Gamakharia presented a special report.

It refers to the measures needed for the more active participation of refugees in the political life of the country. By decision of the Commission put forward proposals in the report should be discussed by the general public and the Supreme Council of Abkhazia.
