25th of April at the regular meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the A/R of Abkhazia discussed the initiative of the deputies of the Supreme Council of certain amendments to the constitution of the republic.

Under the existing procedure, the process of discussing the above initiatives has begun the public of Abkhazia. In Sukhumi State University was the first meeting, which was attended by professors and students of the Faculty of Law of Sukhumi State University.

The discussion process also extends in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi and Batumi.
