The Supreme Council of the A/R of Abkhazia surprised some opponents of critical statements about the appointment of Vakhtang Kolbaia acting chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia. Leadership of the Supreme Council explains that in making the above decision of the Georgian Constitution is not violated, since the country's basic law does not regulate the issue of appointment of the chairman of the Government of A/R of Abkhazia.

As for the decision, it is legally suitable reasoned and consistent with both national law and the law of the autonomous republic. The Supreme Council of Abkhazia once again calls on opponents to refrain from harsh statements and did not enter the public Abkhazia misleading.
