At the same time, must be firmly secured an important truth - a visit to the occupied territories of Georgia (Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region) without the consent of the official Tbilisi, is a violation of Georgian law and punishable by law. Abkhazia and the public's legitimate government agencies have always supported and will continue to support the political and legal initiatives, which will be based on a mutual tollerantnosti and truth to separate the war the Georgian and Abkhaz societies, not senseless torment, lynching and undying desire to apologize.
